Close Up in the Botanic Garden

Flowers are some of my favorite subjects for macro photography, mainly because they don’t move.  I’m not entirely adept enough with a camera, or with my limbs for that matter, to sneak up on a creature and photograph it.  The Chicago Botanic Garden is a great place for taking close up pictures of flowers.  There are many different varieties of plants, and there is almost always something in bloom.
